    My Phuket Opinion
    ————————————————

    Hello,
First I would like to say I think you have a great website. Second I would like to inform all that I was recently in Phuket. After going through the Airport I came to a Taxi driver who informed me the set charge for cabs had gone up by 100 baht. From asking around town, it appears that was true and something I should have paid.

I thought it was worth mentioning this because its clear Phuket is not staying that wonderful cheap town we have come to love so much.

Any one else hold an opinion?

Phuket is great if you have kids over 5! If you dont, you will have major issues!!!!

AVOID! – Go to Vietnam maybe! They are kid friendly!

What about my parents who are both in their 70′s? It does not seem like there will be much for them + they hate the heat which will be a problem in Thailand I think

I would donate if you had an option for that!
