Interesting read. I had no idea you could get back packer hostels in Phuket, not that I would use them. At 55 years old I need my own space and a bit of luxury on a Holiday!

I recentlyed stayed at the Merlin in Patong and had a beautiful time. Staff are excellent with good English, amazing food… You guys should check it out!
